What this service does

It reserves you a place in a doctor's OPD queue and gives you a token number. That is all it does. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment, and it is not for emergencies — in an emergency go straight to the hospital or call for help.

Your appointment

• A token is a place in the queue for that session, not a guaranteed time. Doctors run late; sessions vary.
• If someone ahead of you cancels, the queue moves up and your token number may change. We message you when it does.
• The hospital may cancel or move your appointment — a doctor may be called away or on leave. We tell you as soon as that happens, and you can book again.
• Give accurate details. A wrong name or age can mean the wrong person is called, and the hospital may decline a booking it cannot match to you.
• Consultation fees are settled at the hospital, at whatever the hospital charges. Nothing is collected here.

Fair use

Book only for yourself and people you are actually bringing. Block-booking tokens you don't intend to use takes places from other patients, and a hospital may cancel such bookings and stop a number from booking again.

Availability

We work to keep the service running, but it can be unavailable — a network outage, a WhatsApp fault, or maintenance. If it is, ring the hospital or walk in; a walk-in takes a token from the same queue.

Responsibility

Your care, and every clinical decision about it, is the hospital's. Lipi Technologies is responsible for the booking software, not for medical treatment or its outcome. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from a missed, delayed, cancelled or moved appointment, or from the service being unavailable.

Privacy

Your information is handled as set out in our Privacy Policy. By booking, you accept that your details are shared with the hospital you are booking with, and that we message you about your appointment.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Vuyyuru, Andhra Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
