For login trouble, appointment or queue issues, or any other admin question, contact your hospital's Lipi Care point of contact first — they can usually resolve it directly. If they can't, email us at support@lipitechnologies.com and include your hospital's name.

For anything about your own appointment, contact the hospital you booked with directly — they can act on it immediately.
